Stepwise Heritage and Tourism acts as an agency for highly dedicated individuals passionate about planning and facilitation with individuals and groups. The personnel associated with Stepwise have extensive experience working with land management agencies, Indigenous communities, tourism bodies and tourism businesses.

All of our facilitators agree to abide by a set of professional practice principles and ethics.

Stepwise Heritage and Tourism practitioners invest in their own professional development to ensure that processes they lead are carefully and creatively designed to empower participants. Stepwise provides training and support for facilitators in the use of our key planning tools through our professional practice training services.

Facilitators and associates are located around Australia and can travel to work on projects in any state and territory or other countries as required. Our facilitators and associates can work individually, as co-facilitators or as teams as project needs require.
